Features & Fixes Details
External Contract ID for Commercial Accounts
Added External Contract ID for Commercial Accounts. This is a field submitted to the ESG Billing System under the External_Contract_Id tag. This field can be populated in Quick Enrollments and added to the Sales Importer. This field can be turned off/on from Customer Types.
Added External Agents to Affiliates Manager
With this functionality, Affiliates can add subagents. If the Use Sub-Agent on OpsAdmin Profile is checked, all External sub-agents are greyed out and not eligible to be used in this particular affiliate. These subagents are validated in the Sales Importer. This feature only works with Web Plans and the batch template must be populated with a promo code and a sub agent code.
Channels Manager
This feature makes it possible to assign a group of plans to a specific channel. Channels can be added through the Channels Manager UI.
